Yesterday was the first day of our incredibly short "spring break" (three days is not a break, people, it's just a longer weekend!), and I spent a lot of the day at Kelly's house. +Ellie Anderson and I went over to Kelly's at about one. +Megan Felt was already there (and so were Kelly and some members of her family). After noticing that everyone but Kelly had some shade of orange on her feet, we went upstairs and watched Frozen (again). While watching, we sang along, quoted along, and threw chocolate at each other (and Kelly threw some of the chocolate wrappers at the screen whenever she could get a clear shot at Hans). When we were done, we decided to watch some of the scenes again, this time in French. We sang Love is an Open Door and Let it Go in English while the people on the screen sang them in French. It was quite fun.
Then Megan threw a pillow at me. I threw it back, but wasn't really aiming and accidentally hit Kelly in the head with the pillow. That started a long and exciting pillow fight (with Frozen in French still going on in the background). I ended up on a chair beneath almost all the pillows, a beanbag chair, Ellie, and Kelly. It was a lot of fun.
It was either at that point or soon after that we decided to play a game. We were going to do Wacky Six, but we couldn't find it, so we settled on Apples to Apples (which is sometimes kind of hard to play when you don't know who the people on the cards are).
[Remind me to finish this later, with pictures/videos and everything, okay?]

Carrots
Unfortunately, the pictures I have of carrots simply refused to load, so you still won't be able to see the weirdness of that one carrot. Sinceriously, it was weird. If they do eventually decide to cooperate, I'll put them up.

More pictures!
Some of Sam's broccoli.
More broccoli.
Seriously, why was there broccoli on the ground?
Fancy clothes with bowling shoes. Quite the fashion statement, if I do say so myself.
Descriptions! (as promised)
The first and last (not sure why they didn't upload next to each other) pictures are of some broccoli at Fat Cat's. The broccoli was obviously +Samuel Hancock's fault. Goll, Sam. The second picture is of goldfish, chocolate chips, and purple grapes together. It's a strangely good combination, as Olivia and I discovered. The next one is is an oddly shaped carrot. With sugar on it. And some of Olivia in the background. The next two pictures are of another carrot, but these pictures don't really show what a weird-looking carrot it was. Seriously. It was really weird. Anyway, these pictures MIGHT make more sense now. You're welcome.
In Honor of Kelly
Miss Auricomous Melomaniac Kelly Pyper is a wonderfully amazing person. Just this year we have started to make up our own language, worked on English essays and our own stories together, made creative food decisions, dreamed about each other in odd settings, and many other things. I cannot remember a single conversation with her in which I did not at least chuckle a little bit, if not explode into sidesplitting peals laughter for several minutes, pausing only to gasp for breath occasionally. Kelly has taught me many things over the four years I've known her, such as how to play the flute, how to draw an awesome and adorable cow, how to not fail when serving a volleyball, how to fold a giant origami crane out of four sheets of butcher paper, how to be a solicitous solicitor, and how to put a "chicken wrap" on a sprained ankle. As cool as all those things are, however, the greatest thing Kelly has taught me is how to be an awesome and ridiculously fun to be with friend. Or "fiend", as the case may be.
Sinceriously,
Bolivia Clifford the Grewat
